At QueerHot we strive to provide you with sufficient information about all of our merchandise, if you have any questions about any of your purchasing we would be happy to answer them. Simply email us or phone us at (415) 273-9852.
Return Policy
We have an exchange-only return policy. If you wish to exchange an item the total amount, minus the shipping will be credited towards your next order. Exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
- - You received the wrong merchandise - please check your confirmation email.
- - You have ordered the wrong size.
- ** ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED **
If any one of the above instances should occur, please email us within five (5) days of receiving your order. QueerHot must be contacted prior to sending merchandise back. Returned merchandise must arrive back at QueerHot no more than 20 days from the time you placed your order. All returns must be in 100% new condition, not worn or washed/dry cleaned with all tags in place. Please ensure returned clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. The amount of your exchanged item will be credited towards your next order as we do not offer refunds.

Cancellation of Orders and out of Stock Items
You may only cancel your order up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel.
You are responsible for all shipping costs. QueerHot may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is sold out and no longer available - in most instances we will contact you via e-mail to discuss your order.
In the event of partial orders, QueerHot will ship the items in-stock and remove any items out of stock from your order.
** All orders will be confirmed with you via e-mail prior to delivery and after we receive your payment.
